What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?
Sleep well. At least 6 hours.
Eat healthy provided by my most trusted chef and mother figure in our community.
Being able to serve and help others. At least once a day.
Being able to do task at least twice a day.
Being able to treat myself with games, movies or small comfort food once a day, for two to three hours.
I live in heaven. Better with my love partner when she’s available but happiness should be created alone first before involving others.
